Shawn Bleile has been in banking since 1997, starting as a real estate loan processor. His years in the industry has allowed him to gain extensive experience ranging from operations, to ALCO and Board Reporting to Real Estate Mortgage lending and Analysis and Underwriting to his current position in commercial lending. He has been with First Security Bank of Bozeman for 6 years with 4 years as a commercial lender and 2 as a Credit Analyst. Shawn is a graduate of Carroll College (1993) and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance and a minor in Public Administration.

Shawn enjoys listening to his customers talking about their businesses and relishes an opportunity to assist them in making decisions about their growth and overall stability in the form of banking products including loans.

When Shawn isn’t at work, you will see him spending time with his wife, Lisa and his two daughters, Hayden (age 15) and Addison (age 12) and his springer spaniel (ROMO). The Bleile’s enjoy time camping, golfing, fishing and vacationing. Shawn is a coach for Addison’s fast pitch softball team with the Bozeman Stealers so most of his spring is spent with travel softball. Summer is time for golf and camping and the fall and winter is spent watching the Dallas Cowboys and Montana State Bobcats.
